技术创新、外商直接投资与绿色发展

摘要 基于2011—2020年全国30个省份的面板数据,使用空间杜宾模型、面板门槛模型考察了技术创新、外商直接投资与绿色发展的关系。研究结果表明:第一,技术创新促进了绿色发展且存在正向空间溢出效应,外商直接投资阻碍了绿色发展且存在负向空间溢出效应,这一结论在稳健性检验后仍然成立;第二,异质性分析发现,技术创新、外商直接投资对绿色发展的影响存在区域异质性;第三,技术创新与绿色发展呈现“U”形关系,在以经济发展水平作为门槛变量时,技术创新和外商直接投资对绿色发展有显著的门槛效应。上述研究完善了对绿色发展影响因素的研究,为充分发挥技术创新的正向空间溢出效应和规避外商直接投资的负向空间溢出效应,助推绿色发展提供实证参考。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,the spatial durbin model and panel threshold model are used to examine the relationship between technological innovation,foreign direct investment and green development.The results show that:firstly,technological innovation promotes green development and has a positive spatial spillover effect,while foreign direct investment hinders green development and has a negative spatial spillover effect,which is still true after the robustness test;Secondly,heterogeneity analysis found that there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of technological innovation and foreign direct investment on green development;Thirdly,there is a U-shaped relationship between technological innovation and green development.When the level of economic development is used as the threshold variable,technological innovation and foreign direct investment have a significant threshold effect on green development.The above research has improved the research on the influencing factors of green development,providing empirical reference for fully leveraging the positive spatial spillover effect of technological innovation and avoiding the negative spatial spillover effect of foreign direct investment to promote green development.
