摘要
目的:通过APS在标本接收、挑选及抓取使用过程的体验,与传统手工模式比较,探讨应用APS自动化系统进行标本交接处理的优缺点。方法:APS系统在启用前进行方法确认及参数调整;传统手工交接与APS系统同时处理一个月的标本,比较两种方法在血液标本的交接、挑选等工作环节的差别;统计APS系统在使用初期发现的问题,并给予相应的改进和优化。结果:调整APS系统读取结果模块,增加识别单试剂反应性和双试剂反应性标本功能,增加“两遍酶免一遍核酸”检测策略,并完成软件之间的对接;使用APS系统,每接收100个标本,人工接收需要3分11秒,APS只需35.58秒,时间几乎是传统手工法的1/5;从100个标本中挑选出一个标本,人工挑选需要4分21秒,APS只需41秒,消耗时间是传统手工法的1/7;优化措施为增加抓手垫片,调整抓手力度。结论:APS全自动标本处理系统的使用,减轻工作强度,提高工作效率,降低人工差错。同时使血站实验室自动化、信息化、智能化的管理达到一个新的高度,提高实验室的检测水平,保障了血液检测工作的优化开展。
Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of using APS automation system for specimen handover processing through the experience of specimen reception,selection,and grasping using APS,and comparing it with traditional manual mode.Methods:Confirm the method and adjust the parameters of the APS system before use;Compare the differences between the traditional manual handover and APS system in the handover and selection of blood samples for one month at the same time;Collect the problems discovered during the initial use of the APS system and provide corresponding improvements and optimizations.Results:Adjust the reading result module,add the function of identifying single reagent reactivity and double reagent reactivity specimens,add the"twice enzyme immunoassay and once nucleic acid"detection strategy,and complete the docking between software.By using the APS system,every 100 specimens received,manual reception takes 3 minutes and 11 seconds,while APS only takes 35.58 seconds,which is almost 1/5 of the traditional manual method;Selecting one specimen from 100 specimens requires 4 minutes and 21 seconds for manual selection,while APS only takes 41 seconds,which consumes 1/7 of the traditional manual metho;Reduce errors;Reduce biosafety hazards.3 Add grip pads and adjust the grip strength.Conclusion:The use of APS fully automatic specimen processing system can reduce work intensity,improve work eficiency,and reduce manual errors.At the same time,the automation,informatization,and intelligent management of blood station laboratories have reached a new level,improving the testing level of the laboratory and ensuring the optimization of blood testing work.
