摘要
立德树人是高等教育的根本任务。文章以高职物流管理专业为例,依据WSR系统方法论,分析立德树人背景下课程思政与思政课程协同育人的WRS系统架构和三维模型,探索推进课程思政与思政课程协同创新的“三进三融”协同育人机制,有利于构筑高职“大思政”格局协同育人,为高职院校推进课程思政和思政课程改革,提升立德树人育人实效,实现高质量发展提供创新的方法论和研究范式。
Cultivating morality and nurturing talents is the major task of higher vocational colleges.Based on WSR system methodology,WRS system framework and three-dimensional model of collaborating ideological and political courses with curriculum morality education are analyzed,also collaborative mechanism on"three entry,three integration"innovation is explored to promote ideological and political courses as well as curriculum morality education,which is conducive to building a"big ideological and political"pattern of higher vocational colleges to realize collaborative talent-cultivation.And thus,the reform of ideological and political courses and curriculum morality education are enhanced,the effect of cultivating morality and nurturing talents is strengthened,and innovative methodology and research paradigms are provided for high-quality development.
