摘要
教师队伍建设是高等教育人才培养的重要一环,提高教学质量需要有一支精神饱满、积极向上的教师队伍,如何调动教师的工作积极性,教师教学评价便是重要的因素之一。文章针对现阶段高校教师教学实绩评价手段单一、评价体系不全面、评价标准学科差异性未体现等问题,从丰富教学评价手段、完善教学评价体系、针对学科差异性进行指标设定等方式展开探究,旨在建立高校教师教育教学实绩评价体系,引导教师潜心教学、全心育人,实现教师同等对待科研与教学、教书与育人,以期为提升高校教学质量提供有益参考。
The construction ofthe teacher team is an important part of talent cultivation in higher education.Improving the quality of teaching requires a full and positive teacher team.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in their work is one of the important factors in teacher teaching evaluation.The article focuses on the current problems of single evaluation methods,incomplete evaluation systems,and lack of reflection of subject differences in evaluation standards for the teaching performance of university teachers.Through enriching teaching evaluation methods,improving teaching evaluation systems,and setting indicators based on subject differences,the article aims to establish an evaluation system for the teaching performance of university teachers,guide teachers to devote themselves to teaching,cultivate students wholeheartedly,and achieve equal treatment of scientific research and teaching,teaching and nurturing,in order to provide useful references for improving the quality of teaching in universities.
