摘要
本文介绍了310S奥氏体不锈钢管子管板GTAW焊接试验,通过采用低应力结构的焊接接头、小电流焊接、严格控制层间温度等措施,避免焊接热裂纹的产生。焊后对管头进行PT、RT检测,检测结果合格;对管头进行宏观金相试验、微观金相试验、《金属和合金的腐蚀奥氏体及铁素体—奥氏体(双相)不锈钢晶间腐蚀试验方法》(GB/T 4334—2020)标准中的C法晶间腐蚀试验,试验结果满足标准的要求。
The GTAW welding test of 310S austenitic stainless steel tube to tube-sheet is introduced in this paper.The welding joints with low stress structure,small current welding and strict control of inter-pass temperature are adopted to avoid the occurrence of welding hot cracks.After welding,the tube to tube-sheet joint was tested by PT and RT,and the test results were qualified.Macroscopic and microscopic metallographic tests and《Corrosion of metals and alloys—Test methods for intergranular corrosion of austenitic and ferritic—austenitic(duplex)stainless steels》(GB/T 4334—2020)standard C method intergranular corrosion test were carried out on the tube to tube-sheet joint,and the test results met the requirements of the standard.
