含氟降凝剂的合成及评价

摘要 以甲基全氟烷基乙基羧酸酯(GAM)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)为原料合成了二元共聚物GMA,通过红外光谱对GMA进行表征,考察该药剂对惠州油田群某平台含蜡原油降凝降粘效果。结果表明,GMA的最佳合成条件为n(GAM)∶n(MA)=3∶1~4∶1,AIBN加入量为0.3%~0.4%,聚合温度85℃,聚合时间10 h,降凝剂GMA加剂量200 mg/L,原油凝点由26℃降至14℃,降粘率达95%以上,在沉积时间为100 min时,石蜡沉积量从未加剂的3.6 g减少到1.9 g,抑制率为47.22%,大大改善了含蜡原油的低温流动性能,实现了油田的安全生产。 A binary copolymer GMA was synthesized using methyl perfluoroalkyl ethyl carboxylate(GAM)and maleic anhydride(MA)as raw materials.The GMA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and the results were investigated.The effect of pour point depressant on waxy crude oil on a certain platform of Huizhou Oilfield Group.The experimental results show that the optimal synthesis conditions of GMA are n(GAM)∶n(MA)=3∶1~4∶1,the amount of AIBN added is 0.3%~0.4%,the reaction temperature is 85℃,the reaction time is 10h,and the pour point is reduced.With a dosage of 200mg/L of GMA,the freezing point of crude oil dropped from^(2)6℃ to 14℃,and the viscosity reduction rate reached more than 95%.When the deposition time was 100min,the amount of paraffin wax deposited from^(3).6 g without additives was reduced to 1.9 g.The rate is 47.22%,which greatly improves the low-temperature flow properties of waxy crude oil and realizes the safe production of oil fields.
