摘要
目的:研究急腹症诊断中应用多层螺旋CT的价值。方法:选取2021年9月-2023年9月黄平县中医医院收治的疑似急腹症患者100例作为研究对象。所有患者行多层螺旋CT检查,以手术病理学诊断结果为“金标准”,分析多层螺旋CT对不同类型急腹症的检出率及诊断价值。结果:手术病理学诊断结果显示,100例患者中检出缺血性病变5例、梗阻性病变27例、出血性疾病20例、炎性疾病38例、穿孔性病变10例。多层螺旋CT诊断与“金标准”诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多层螺旋CT诊断的准确度(97.00%)、灵敏度(97.83%)、特异度(87.50%)均较高。结论:多层螺旋CT诊断可以提升不同类型急腹症的检出率,且诊断价值较高,对疾病后续针对性治疗的实施具有积极意义,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:100 patients with suspected acute abdomen admitted to Huangping County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as research subjects.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination,and the surgical pathology diagnosis results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the detection rate and diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT for different types of acute abdomen.Results:The surgical pathology diagnosis results showed that 5 cases of ischemic lesions,27 cases of obstructive lesions,20 cases of hemorrhagic diseases,38 cases of inflammatory diseases,and 10 cases of perforated lesions were detected among 100 patients;compared with the diagnostic results of multi-slice spiral CT and the"gold standard",there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the diagnostic accuracy(97.00%),sensitivity(97.83%),and specificity(87.50%)of multi-slice spiral CT are all high.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis can improve the detection rate of different types of acute abdomen,and has high diagnostic value.It has positive significance for the implementation of subsequent targeted treatment of the disease and is worthy of clinical promotion.
