摘要
随着交通建设的高速发展,悬臂浇筑施工技术被广泛应用于桥梁建设中。张湾特大桥斜跨S335省道,采用箱梁悬臂浇筑技术在低净空下施工。依托张湾特大桥为工程背景,针对现场箱梁悬臂浇筑施工过程中存在的技术难点,采取一定的应对方案,改进悬臂浇筑技术措施,经现场实施后效果良好,有效保障了施工的可靠性和安全性。
Due to the rapid development of transportation construction,cantilever pouring construction technology is widely used in bridge construction.The Zhangwan Bridge spans provincial highway S335 diagonally and was constructed using box girder cantilever pouring technology with low clearance.Based on the engineering background of the Zhangwan Bridge,In response to some technical difficulties in the on-site cantilever pouring construction process of box girders,certain response plans were taken,and the cantilever pouring technical measures were improved.After on-site implementation,the effect is good,effectively ensuring the reliability and safety of the construction.
