数字孪生技术及其在协同制造中的应用探究

摘要 近年来,在科技的引领下,数字孪生技术得到了发展,并逐渐渗透到多个领域,该技术和轨道交通的融合成为社会关注的焦点。轨道交通数字孪生实用性较强,在平台框架中融合人工智能以及优质的传感器数据等技术,丰富平台功能,将轨道交通数字孪生作为轨道交通指挥平台,提高轨道交通安全性,保障安全指挥决策的可行性。基于此,以轨道交通数字孪生为背景,探讨数字孪生技术及其在协同制造中的应用,以期为今后轨道交通升级转型提供参考。 In recent years,led by technology,digital twin technology has been developed and gradually penetrated into multiple fields,the integration of this technology with rail transit has become a focus of social attention.The practicality of rail transit digital twins is strong,by integrating artificial intelligence and high-quality sensor data technologies into the platform framework,the platform functions are enriched,and the rail transit digital twins are used as a rail transit command platform to improve rail transit safety and ensure the feasibility of safety command decision-making.This article will take the digital twin of rail transit as the background,exploring digital twin technology and its application in collaborative manufacturing,to provide reference for the future upgrading and transformation of rail transit.
