摘要
科技成果转化是将科技成果转化为现实生产力的根本途径,我国一直对此非常重视。1996年发布了《中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法》,并在2015年做了修订。但是从我国科技成果转化的现实情况来看,转化效率偏低,这是摆在面前的现实问题,是政府部门、科研单位亟待解决的重要问题。基于此,分析高校科研的现状、痛点,找出制约高校科技成果转化的深层次原因,并从转化落地的角度出发,结合孵化实践,提出转化落地最后一公里的解决方案,用“工业设计赋能+基金”的方式助力科技成果落地,从而提高科技成果转化的成功率。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the fundamental way to transform them into real productive forces,and China has always attached great importance to this.The Law on the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements was promulgated in 1996 and revised in 2015.However,based on the current situation of scientific and technological achievements transformation in China,the efficiency of transformation is relatively low.This is a practical problem that government departments and research institutions urgently need to solve.Based on this,analyze the current situation and pain points of scientific research in universities,identify the deep-seated reasons that restrict the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,and from the perspective of transformation and landing,combined with incubation practice,propose a solution for the last mile of transformation and landing,using the method of"industrial design empowerment+funds"to assist in the landing of scientific and technological achievements,thereby improving the success rate of scientific and technological achievement transformation.
