摘要
目的:探究2型糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响因素及与自我管理能力的相关性。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年6月玉林市第二人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者300例作为研究对象,采用社会人口学问卷、服药依从性量表、成年人健康自我管理测评量表对患者进行调查。通过Logistic回归、Pearson相关性分析探究服药依从性的影响因素及与自我管理能力的相关性。结果:2型糖尿病患者服药依从性得分为6(5,7)分,低依从性患者85例,中高依从性患者215例。低依从性患者年龄>60岁、文化程度小学及以下、居住地为农村、糖尿病病程>5年占比高于中高依从性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中高依从性患者行为、认知、环境及总分高于低依从性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,服药依从性与健康自我管理能力各维度呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者服药依从性差者健康自我管理能力较低,年龄、文化程度、居住地及糖尿病病程是服药依从性的影响因素,健康自我管理能力对服药依从性具有正向预测作用。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of medication compliance and its correlation with self-management abili-ty in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 300 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research objects at Yulin Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,and the patients were investigated by Social Demographic Ques-tionnaire,Medication Compliance Scale and Adult Health Self-management Scale.The influencing factors of medication compli-ance and its correlation with self-management ability were explored by Logistic regression and Pearson correlation analysis.Re-sults:The compliance scores of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were 6(5,7)points,85 patients with low compliance and 215 patients with medium to high compliance.The proportion of>60 years old,primary school education or below,live in rural ar-eas,and diabetes course>5 years of patients with low compliance was higher than that of patients with medium to high compli-ance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The behavior,cognition,environment and total score of patients with medium to high compliance were higher than those with low compliance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that medication compliance was positively correlated with all dimensions of health self-man-agement ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes with poor medi-cation compliance have lower ability of health self-management.Age,education level,place of residence and course of diabetes disease are the influencing factors of medication compliance.Health self-management ability has a positive predictive effect on medication compliance.
