摘要
随着教育由“知识时代”向“素养时代”转变,相关研究聚焦在学生素养培养层面,教师作为推动学生素养培养的关键力量,其自身的专业素养和专业发展决定了能否在教育实践中真正落实学生素养的培养。因此,清晰认识素养时代教育的理念转变与实践创新,全面了解教师在素养时代面临的挑战,积极探索学生素养培养背景下教师专业发展的路径与方式,对于提升教师专业化水平、促进学生素养培养具有重要意义。
With the change of education from“Knowledge Age”to“Literacy Age”,the relevant research focuses on the cultivation of students’quality.As a key force to promote the cultivation of students’quality,teachers’own professional quality and professional development determine whether they can truly implement the cultivation of students’quality in educational practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to clearly understand the transformation of educational ideas and practical innovation in the era of literacy,fully understand the challenges faced by teachers in the era of literacy,actively explore the path and way of teachers’professional development under the background of students’quality cultivation,so as to promote the professional level of teachers and the cultivation of students’quality.
