摘要
天然药物化学课程涉及化学类、药物类等众多学科内容、知识体系既有广度又有深度,是一门难度系数较高的药学专业课程。为使学生更好地理解和学习该门课程,作者根据课程内容及授课对象,选择临床相关的药物案例植入课堂,理论联系临床,突出天然药物化学的实用性,让同学深切体会到天然药物化学知识的用途、价值、实际意义和重要性,从而提高学生学习的重视度,激发其学生内生动力,以达到学生想学、愿意学、爱学天然药物化学课程的目的。
The course of Natural Medicinal Chemistry involves many subjects such as chemistry and medicine,and the knowledge system is both broad and deep,which is a pharmaceutical professional course with high difficulty coefficient.In order to enable students to better understand and learn this course,the author selects clinical related drug cases to implant into the classroom according to the course content and teaching objects,integrates theory with clinical practice,highlights the practicality of Natural Medicinal Chemistry,and enables students to deeply understand the use,value,practical significance and importance of natural medicinal chemistry knowledge,so as to enhance the importance of students'learning and stimulate their endogenous motivation to achieve students'desire to learn,willingness to learn and love to learn the Natural Medicinal Chemistry course.
