摘要
高纯碳酸钡作为一种先进的材料,其在科学领域的应用研究备受关注。本文通过对液相沉淀法、微乳液法、低温固相合成法、模板法、超声波化学法、微波辅助合成法、超重力法等多种制备方法的比较,分析了高纯碳酸钡的制备过程及其性能。实验结果表明,采用微波辅助合成法得到的高纯碳酸钡具有较好的晶体结构和纯度,其平均粒径D50为1μm,晶粒尺寸为10nm。在此基础上,本文探讨了高纯碳酸钡在先进材料科学中的应用。
As an advanced material,the application of high purity barium carbonate in the field of advanced materials science has attracted much attention.In this paper,the methods of liquid precipitation,microemulsion,low-temperature solid-state synthesis,template,ultrasonic chemistry,microwave-assisted synthesis and high gravity are compared,the preparation process and properties of high purity barium carbonate were analyzed.The experimental results show that the high purity barium carbonate prepared by microwave-assisted synthesis method has good crystal structure and purity,its average particle size is 1μm,and the grain size is 10 nm.On this basis,the application of high purity barium carbonate in advanced materials science is discussed.
