摘要
目的:观察利拉鲁肽注射液联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月该院收治的60例肥胖2型糖尿病患者进行前瞻性研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖指标、肥胖指标、血脂指标和胰岛素指标水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体质量指数、腰围均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽注射液联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者可降低血糖指标、肥胖指标和胰岛素指标水平,改善血脂指标水平,效果优于单纯二甲双胍治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Liraglutide injection combined with Metformin in treatment of obese patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on obese 60 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with Metformin,while the observation group was treated with Liraglutide on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of blood glucose indexes,obesity indexes,blood lipid indexes and insulin indexes before and after the treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index and waist circumference of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting insulin and insulin resistance index levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Liraglutide injection combined with Metformin in the treatment of the obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce the levels of blood glucose indexes,obesity indexes and insulin indexes,and improve the levels of blood lipid.Moreov
