一种基于全局敏感性分析的气井产能测试制度优化设计方法 被引量:1

摘要 利用全局敏感性分析方法设计气井产能测试方案时,首先选取所有不确定的储层参数作为敏感参数,并设定其可能性范围;利用Sobol序列实现各敏感参数的随机取值和组合,并生成所有组合的井底流入动态样本曲线;然后针对样本曲线中每个流压位置的产量与敏感参数的对应关系,计算所有敏感参数对产量的全局影响指数,最终得到不同流压下各参数对产能的影响权重和变化趋势。计算结果显示:地层压力p_(r)、非达西流系数D、测试开井时间t等参数的影响指数在特定流压范围明显占优。对目标区气井井底流入动态的全局敏感性分析,可定量化判断某个参数在不同工作制度下对产量的影响程度,指导气井产能测试制度设计和优化。 When designing productivity testing plan for a gas well using global sensitivity analysis,first,select all uncertain reservoir parameters as sensitive parameters and set their possible value ranges;achieve random values and combinations of various sensitive parameters using Sobol sequence,and generate dynamic sample curves of bottomhole inflow under all value combinations.Then,based on the correspondence between production and sensitive parameters at each flow pressure position in the sample curve,calculate the total impact index of all sensitive parameters on productivity using global sensitivity analysis method.Finally,obtain the weight and trend of the impact of each parameter on productivity under different flow pressures The calculation results show that the influences of formation pressure p_(r),non-Darcy flow coefficient D and testing start time t on the productivity of a gas well are significant within a speific flow pressure range.The global sensitivity analysis of the inflow dynamics of a gas wells in the target area can quantitatively determine the impact of a certain parameter on productivity under different working systems,and guide the design and optimization of gas well productivity testing systems.
