摘要
目的比较常规护理和全程护理干预对产后大出血患者的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月—2023年3月在本院接受住院治疗的患者80例,按照随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组应用全程护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后的心理状态评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果在干预后,观察组患者的心理状态评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在实施全程护理后发生并发症的概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度显著比对照组优异(P<0.05)。结论对产后大出血的患者实施全程护理干预,能够提升患者的护理满意度,改善其心理状态,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To compare application application effect of routine nursing and full course nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with inpatient treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with full course nursing intervention.Psychological state scores,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction degree were were compared between two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results After intervention,psychological state scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group after full course nursing was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full process nursing intervention can improve nursing satisfaction degree,psychological state,and reduce incidence of complications of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
