摘要
乒乓球馆作为大跨度异形空间结构,其需要具备良好的结构稳定性,以应对自然灾害或其他外部冲击。因此,提出乒乓球馆外围护幕墙结构施工技术研究。本文以杭州拱墅区运河亚运公园为实例分析对象,进行乓球场馆外围护幕墙结构施工设计。该幕墙设计方案包括叠合阳极氧化铝板金属幕墙系统、鱼鳞玻璃幕墙系统、玻璃幕墙系统、屋面檐口装饰铝板四种系统。根据施工条件和结构安全性要求,进行了支承结构体系的计算和分析,包括应力、挠度和荷载标准值的计算。最后,基于支承结构体系分析结果,进行了外围护幕墙结构的施工。测试结果表明:采用本文设计的外围护幕墙结构技术进行施工后,幕墙框架结构在抗压性能上均未出现损坏情况,证明了设计方法的可行性。
As a large-span special-shaped space structure,table tennis hall needs to have good structural stability to cope with natural disasters or other external shocks.Therefore,the research on the construction technology of the outer protective curtain wall of table tennis hall is put forward.This paper takes the Canal Asian Games Park in Gongshu District of Hangzhou as an example to analyze the construction design of the outer protective curtain wall structure of the ping-pong stadium.The curtain wall design scheme includes four systems:laminated anodized aluminum plate metal curtain wall system,fish scale glass curtain wall system,glass curtain wall system,roof eaves decorative aluminum plate.According to the construction conditions and the safety requirements of the structure,the calculation and analysis of the support structure system are carried out,including the calculation of stress,deflection and load standard value.Finally,based on the analysis results of the supporting structure system,the construction of the outer protective curtain wall structure is carried out.The test results show that:after the construction of the outer protective curtain wall structure technology designed in this paper,the curtain wall frame structure has not been damaged in the compressive performance,which proves the feasibility of the design method.
