摘要
本文指出了国家电网公司工程数据中心的建设目标,分析了输变电工程数字化移交现状和问题,探索形成了一套基于电网基建工程数据中心开展数字化移交的解决方案。依托国网湖南电力、湖北电力等数字化移交试点工程进行数字化移交解决方案验证,实现了电网输变电工程数字化移交提质增效。
This paper points out the construction target of the engineering data center of the State Grid Corporation of China,analyzes the status and problem of digital handover of power transmission and transformation projects,and explores and forms a set of solutions for digital handover based on the engineering data center of power grid infrastructure.The verification of digital handover solutions is conducted based on the digital handover pilot projects of Hunan Electric Power and Hubei Electric Power of State Grid.As a result,the quality and efficiency of digital handover of power grid transmission and transformation projects have been greatly enhanced.
