摘要
本文针对秦二厂1、2号机组5G信号引入反应堆厂房时遇到的没有备用同轴组件的问题,提出启用备用贯穿件并在其中安装光纤组件的方案,从而满足5G信号传输的需求。从光纤组件改造对安全壳密封性的影响出发,分析该改造对核电厂安全性的影响。引用相关标准,介绍目前国内外核电厂对光纤组件的应用情况以及相关标准对核电厂电气贯穿件与导体组件、光纤组件的要求,说明光纤组件鉴定试验的试验内容与流程,为其他核电机组进行光纤组件改造提供经验。
In order to solve the problem of lack of spare coaxial assemblies when introducing 5G signals into the Reactor Building of Qinshan 2nd Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2,this article proposes a solution that involves using spare electrical penetrations and installing fiber optic assemblies to meet the requirements of 5G signal transmission.From the perspective of the influence of using the fiber optic assemblies on the sealing performance of the containment,this article analyzes the influence of this change on the safety of nuclear power plants.Relevant standards are cited to introduce the current application of fiber optic assemblies in domestic and foreign nuclear power plants,as well as the requirements for electrical penetration assemblies and conductor assemblies,and fiber optic assemblies in nuclear power plants.This article also explains the content and process of the qualification tests for fiber optic assemblies,providing experience for the installing of fiber optic assemblies in other nuclear power plants.
