摘要
针对当前服务器产品中硬件的热维护应用场景需求以及维护过程中存在的系统可靠性问题,论述热插拔技术的分类、工作原理与设计方法,以及该技术的发展形势。首先结合当前服务器产品应用实例,从功率器件的分布形态及控制角度分析,将热插拔分为分立式方案与集成式方案;然后深入分析热插拔技术的工作原理及保护方式,包括电流检测、工作电压、软启动、过流保护、过温保护以及过压欠压保护等,并根据预设条件给出热插拔设计计算实例;最后提供广泛应用于服务器产品中热维护应用场景的热插拔技术,并总结分析服务器热插拔技术未来的主要研究方向。
This article discusses the classification,working principles,design methods,and development trend of hot plugging technology in response to the requirements of hardware hot maintenance application scenarios in current server products and the system reliability issues that exist during the maintenance process.Firstly,based on the current application examples of server products,hot plugging is divided into separate and integrated solutions from the perspective of power device distribution and control;Then the working principle and protection methods of hot swapping technology are analyzed in depth,including current detection,working voltage,soft start,over current protection,over temperature protection,and over voltage and under voltage protection,and hot plugging design calculation examples are conducted based on preset conditions;Finally,hot plugging technology widely used in hot maintenance application scenarios in server products is provided,and summarize and analyze the main research directions of server hot plug technologyin the future.
