摘要
提升经济韧性水平是谋划未来经济高质量发展的题中之义。本文基于2012-2021年我国30个省份的面板数据对省域经济韧性发展水平进行测度,并对其空间分布特征及动态演进态势进行研究。结果表明:(1)2012-2021年我国省域经济韧性水平总体呈现上升趋势,并在东西方向上呈现“强-中-弱”阶梯式递减的空间格局。(2)省域经济韧性发展水平空间聚集效应显著,主要呈现双高(H-H)及双低(L-L)聚集的空间组织模式。(3)省域经济韧性的发展具有动态复杂性,全国整体、东部地区、中部地区和西部地区经济韧性水平皆呈现上升趋势,但省份之间差异较大。同时东部地区经济韧性存在轻微的两极分化现象。因此,各省份应立足于自身的经济发展水平,从抵抗力、恢复力和进化力三方面提升经济韧性水平,同时有效利用与相邻省份地理空间上的临近优势,实现强经济韧性省份与弱经济韧性省份间的优势互补。
Improving the level of economic resilience is the meaning of planning for high-quality economic development in the fu⁃ture.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper measures the development level of provincial eco⁃nomic resilience in China,and studies its spatial distribution characteristics and dynamic evolution trend.The results show that:(1)From 2012 to 2021,the level of provincial economic resilience in China shows an overall upward trend,and presents a spatial pattern of'strong-medium-weak'stepwise decline in the east-west direction.(2)The spatial aggregation effect of provincial economic resil⁃ience development level is significant,mainly showing the spatial organization mode of double high(H-H)and double low(L-L)aggre⁃gation.(3)The development of provincial agglomeration resilience has dynamic complexity.The level of economic resilience in the whole country,the eastern region,the central region and the western region shows an upward trend,but there are large differences among provinces.At the same time,there is a slight polarization in the economic resilience of the central and western regions.There⁃fore,based on their own level of economic development,provinces should improve their level of economic resilience from three aspects:resistance,resilience and evolution.At the same time,we should make effective use of the adjacent advantages of geographical space between neighboring provinces,and form a'trickle-down effect'of strong economic resilience provinces driving the development of weak economic resilience provinces.
