摘要
环状RNA(circRNAs)是非编码RNA大家族中的一员,在胃癌组织中差异表达,以circRNAs形成的内源竞争RNA(ceRNA)网络可以促进或抑制胃癌的进展,在胃癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。通过梳理相关文献,综述中药调控circRNAs及相关ceRNA网络治疗胃癌的研究进展,中药复方及中药单体均可以通过靶向circRNAs或调控ceRNA网络有效抑制胃癌的恶性进展。
Circular RNAs(circRNAs),as a member of the non-coding RNA family,are differentially expressed in gastric cancer tissues.The ceRNA(competing endogenous RNA)networks formed by circRNAs play a crucial role in either promoting or inhibiting the progression of gastric cancer,thereby significantly impacting the development and progression of gastric cancer.This review synthesizes relevant literature to provide an overview of the research progress on traditional Chinese herbal medicine(TCHM)in regulating circRNAs and associated ceRNA networks for treating gastric cancer.Both TCHM compounds and monomers have been found to effectively inhibit the malignant progression of gastric cancer by targeting circRNAs or modulating ceRNA networks.
