摘要
分析氮氧化物的生成,总结国内部分地区生物质锅炉氮氧化物排放限值,介绍SNCR脱硝、SCR脱硝和高温复合滤筒等几种脱硝方式,结合山东某生物质电厂工程案例,从技术及成本方面对常规烟气净化路线与硫尘硝一体化路线进行比较分析。
This paper analyzes the generation of nitrogen oxides,summarizes the emission limits of nitrogen oxides from biomass boilers in some parts of China,introduces several denitrification methods such as SNCR denitrification,SCR denitrification and high temperature composite filter cartridge.Combined with a biomass power plant project case in Shandong Province,the conventional flue gas purification route and the integration route of sulfur dust and nitrate are compared and analyzed from the aspects of technology and cost.
