摘要
目的 探讨序贯VSD负压吸引联合富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足部创面的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年8月-2022年3月收治的36例糖尿病足患者临床资料,年龄45~68岁,病程20 d~3个月,创面面积4~16 cm^(2)。全部患者均接受序贯VSD负压吸引联合富血小板血浆治疗方式,观察治疗效果及预后情况。结果 36例糖尿病足创面全部愈合,感染得到有效控制,成功保肢,无需皮瓣修复,未出现严重并发症,患足外形美观。结论 序贯VSD负压吸引联合富血小板血浆是治疗糖尿病足创面的一种有效方法,术后疗效确切,能够显著减少患肢截肢率,患者对治疗结果满意度高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sequential VSD negative pressure suction combined with platelet rich plasma in the treatment of diabetes foot wounds.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with diabetes foot admitted from August 2018 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The age was 45-68 years,the course of disease was 20 days to 3 months,and the wound area was 4-16 cm2.All patients were treated with sequential VSD negative pressure suction combined with platelet rich plasma,and the therapeutic effect and prognosis were observed.Results All the wounds of 36 patients with diabetes foot healed,the infection was effectively controlled,the limbs were successfully saved,no flap repair was needed,no serious complications occurred,and the affected foot was beautiful.Conclusion The sequential VSD negative pressure suction combined with platelet rich plasma is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes foot wounds.The postoperative effect is accurate and can significantly reduce the amputation rate of the affected limb.The patients are highly satisfied with the treatment results.
