摘要
后疫情时代,仍旧存在着许多流感性疾病,人们秉承着“保护自己”的理念进行着卫生防控,口罩回收问题在今天仍然需要被重视。为此,该研究利用创新设计基本原则和经济基本原则等理论知识,解决现存废弃口罩桶的不完全密封、消毒不彻底、成本过高以及口罩回收困难的问题,来帮助防疫工作者和生活在疫情大环境下的普通人们解决切实的问题。并详细阐述如何通过改善内部无菌环境、运用凸轮机构和齿轮传动机构,达到无接触投放口罩、低成本高效率的目的。
In the post-Covid 19 pandemic era,there remain many epidemic diseases.People carry out health prevention and control with the concept of"protecting themselves",and the problem of mask recycling still needs to be paid attention to today.For this reason,this study will use the theoretical knowledge of innovative design basic principles and economic basic principles to solve the problems of incomplete sealing,incomplete disinfection,high cost and difficult recovery of existing abandoned mask buckets.to help epidemic prevention workers and us ordinary people living in the epidemic environment to solve practical problems.This paper will elaborate on how to achieve the purpose of contactless mask delivery,low cost and high efficiency by improving the internal aseptic environment and using cam mechanism and gear transmission mechanism.
