摘要
对过敏性鼻炎患者进行综合护理,观察其依从性。选取烟台市烟台山医院2022年4月—2023年6月收治的100例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象。采用随机法对其进行分组,其中50例为常规组,采用常规护理,50例为观察组,采用综合护理。以患者的心理状况、症状评分、依从性和护理满意度作为评价的切入点。结果显示,护理前,两组患者的心理状况和临床症状评分没有显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,在心理状态、症状评分、依从性和护理满意度方面,观察组均优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对过敏性鼻炎患者展开综合护理,可以使患者的临床症状和消极情绪得到明显改善,使患者的顺应性得到提高,从而提升了护理满意度,取得了明显的护理效果。
Comprehensive care was provided to patients with allergic rhinitis to observe their compliance.A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by random method,with 50 cases in the usual group and 50 cases in the observation group with comprehensive care.The patients’psychological status,symptom scores,compliance and nursing satisfaction were used as the entry points for evaluation.The results showed that there was no significant difference in psychological status and clinical symptom scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and after nursing,the observation group was better than the conventional group in terms of psychological status,symptom scores,compliance and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).The study found that comprehensive nursing for patients with allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions of patients,improve patients’compliance,thereby improving nursing satisfaction and achieving obvious nursing effects.
