关节轴承装配状态对无载启动力矩的影响

摘要 为研究某关节轴承装配状态对无载启动力矩的影响,采用Abaqus软件建立装配关节轴承有限元模型,分析螺栓拧紧力及卡盘与外圈装配形式等2个装配因素对无载启动力矩的影响。结果表明:随着螺栓拧紧力的增大,轴承的无载启动力矩增大,且摆动过程中无载启动力矩的波动增大;卡盘与关节轴承外圈装配状态由间隙配合到过盈配合时,轴承无载启动力矩明显增大,且摆动过程中无载启动力矩的波动增大。试验证明,在关节轴承尺寸一致的情况下,通过控制关节轴承与卡盘装配时的螺栓拧紧力以及外圈与卡盘的装配间隙尺寸,可将关节轴承的无载启动力矩及其摆动时的波动保持在一定的范围内。 To study the influence of the assembly condition on the no-load starting torque of the spherical plain bearing,the finite element model for assembling joint bearings is built in Abaqus.The influence of bolt tightening force and chuck to outer ring assembly type on the no-load starting torque is analyzed.The results show that:the no-load starting torque of the bearing and its fluctuation during oscillation increases with the bolt tightening force;while the assembly status of the chuck and outer ring of the spherical plain bearing is changed from a clearance fit to an interference fit,the no-load starting torque of the bearing and its fluctuation during oscillation increases obviously.The test proves that the no-load starting torque of the spherical plain bearing and its fluctuation during oscillation can be maintained in a certain range by controlling bolt tightening force and chuck to outer ring assembly type.
