摘要
生态兴则文明兴。林草事业的发展关系着国家的前途与命运,新时代生态文明思想为陕西林草业的高质量发展指明了方向,提供了行动指南。立足陕西林草业发展的目标与使命,结合现有的林业人员结构与能力水平,建设一支高水平的生态绿军和高效能的生态卫士队伍,迫在眉睫。本文从陕西林业发展需求和从业人员水平实际出发,探究了陕西生态卫士育训的“115N”体系构建。
The prosperity of ecology will lead to the prosperity of civilization.The development of forestry and grassland industry is related to the future and destiny of the country.The thought of ecological civilization in the new era has pointed out the direction and provided action guidelines for the high-quality development of forestry and grassland industry in Shaanxi.It is imminent to build a high-level ecological green army and a high-efficiency ecological guard team based on the goals and missions of Shaanxi forestry and grass industry development,combined with the existing talent structure and ability level of the practitioners.This paper explored the construction of the"115N"system for the education and training of ecological guards in Shaanxi from the perspective of the development needs of Shaanxi forestry and the actual level of practitioners.
