不同规格轻基质网袋育苗容器对崖柏扦插苗生长的影响

摘要 选用直径2.0、3.0、4.5和5.0 cm的轻基质网袋育苗容器,在基质选配、穗条采集、插穗处理、管理方式等完全一致的条件下开展崖柏扦插育苗试验,研究容器规格对插穗生根率和苗木生长发育的影响,为崖柏扦插轻基质网袋育苗容器筛选提供科技支撑。结果表明:(1)除直径2.0 cm容器崖柏生根率及生长发育数据较分散外,其他直径容器的数据均较集中,说明采用直径2.0 cm容器繁育崖柏扦插苗,质量控制难度较大;(2)直径3.0、4.5、5.0 cm容器的插穗生根率分别为64.71%、65.34%、76.42%,且生长发育良好,而直径2.0 cm容器的插穗生根率仅33.35%,且生长发育较差;(3)单因素方差分析结果显示,直径3.0、4.5、5.0 cm容器间的插穗生根率差异不显著,但均显著高于直径2.0 cm容器(p<0.05);生根率、二级不定根数量、最长根长度、根系鲜重和干重随容器规格增大而增加,但苗高、基径、一级不定根数量和最长根直径等指标无此变化规律;(4)隶属函数分析结果表明,直径5.0 cm的容器最优,其次是直径3.0 cm和4.5 cm的容器,而直径2.0 cm容器最差。崖柏扦插育苗初期,扦插苗的生长发育所需的营养物质主要源于插穗自身的储备,而容器中营养物质总量对其生长发育影响有限,进而导致某些生长指标受育苗规格影响较小;当育苗地区空气温湿度较高,且苗床控温和通风条件较差,建议采用大规格容器育苗。 Container seedlings with light substrate net bags of diameters of 2.0 cm,3.0 cm,4.5 cm and 5.0 cm were applied in this study.The cutting seedling experiment of T.sutchuenensis was carried out under the conditions of completely consistent substrate selection,cuttings collection,cuttings treatment and management methods.The effect of container size on the rooting rate of cuttings and the growth and development of seedlings were studied,which will be used as scientific and technological support for the selection of light substrate net bag for T.sutchuenensis cuttings.The results showed that the rooting rate and growth and development data of the container with a diameter of 2.0 cm are scattered,while the data of other-sized containers are concentrated,indicating that it is difficult to control the quality of the cutting seedlings of the container with diameter of 2.0 cm.The rooting rates of cuttings in containers with diameters of 3.0 cm,4.5 cm,and 5.0 cm were 64.71%,65.34%,and 76.42%,respectively,and the cuttings grew well.However,the rooting rate of cuttings in the container with a diameter of 2.0 cm was only 33.35%,and the growth was poor.The results of one-way analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the rooting rate of cuttings between the containers with diameters of 3.0 cm,4.5 cm,and 5.0 cm,but they were significantly higher than that of the container with a diameter of 2.0 cm(p<0.05).The rooting rate,the number of secondary adventitious roots,the longest root length,and the fresh and dry weights of the root system increased with the increase of container size,but there was no such change in indicators such as seedling height,base diameter,the number of primary adventitious roots,and the longest root diameter.The results of membership function analysis showed that the container with a diameter of 5.0 cm was the best,followed by containers with diameters of 3.0 cm and 4.5cm,while the container with a diameter of 2.0 cm was the worst.In the early stage of cutting seedling cultivat
