摘要
为研究胶合木(GLT)梁和正交胶合木(CLT)板之间斜螺钉连接的界面受剪性能,对6组GLT-CLT界面连接抗剪试件进行了推出试验研究,主要考虑自攻螺钉的布置方式、钉入长度和数量等参数对界面连接受剪性能的影响,其中布置方式包括剪拉螺钉、剪压螺钉和交叉螺钉。试验结果表明:剪拉螺钉连接的承载力约是剪压螺钉连接承载力的6倍;交叉螺钉连接的承载力约为单个剪拉螺钉和单个剪压螺钉的承载力之和,刚度亦然。在揭示斜螺钉连接破坏机制的基础上,基于刚性杆模型提出了剪拉螺钉连接滑移刚度和承载力的计算方法;基于弹性地基梁理论提出了考虑剪压螺钉连接典型双铰破坏模式的滑移刚度和承载力计算方法;通过剪拉和剪压螺钉连接受剪性能的叠加,得到交叉螺钉连接的滑移刚度和承载力,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
To research the interfacial shear behavior of inclined self-tapping screw(STS)connectors between glued laminated timber(GLT)beam and cross laminated timber(CLT)slab,a series of push-out tests were carried out on six groups of shear specimens for GLT-CLT interfacial connections.The effects of the arrangement,penetration length and number of STS on interfacial shear behaviors were considered in the experimental research.The STS arrangements included shear-tension screws,shear-compression screws and cross inclined screws.The test results show that the load-carrying capacity of the shear-tension screw connections is approximately six times that of the shear-compression screw connections.The load-carrying capacity of the cross inclined screw connections is approximately the sum of the load-carrying capacities of the shear-tension and shear-compression screw connections,and the slip stiffness also conforms to this rule.Based on the revealed failure mechanism of inclined screw connections,the calculation methods to calculate the slip stiffness and load-carrying capacity of shear-tension screw connections based on a rigid model,as well as the slip stiffness and load-carrying capacity of shear-compression screw connections by considering the typical double-hinge damage mode based on the elastic foundation beam theory were proposed.Based on the superposition of shear behaviors of shear-tension and shear-compression screw connections,the slip stiffness and load-carrying capacity of cross inclined screw connections were obtained.The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the test results.
