角科斗栱轴压与抗震性能试验研究及数值分析

Experimental study and numerical analysis on axial compressive and seismic behavior of Dou-Gong bracket at corner

摘要 为研究角科斗栱的轴压与抗震性能,对2个足尺角科斗栱模型分别进行轴压与拟静力试验,得到了斗栱的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、滞回和骨架曲线、刚度和承载力退化、耗能能力及位移延性系数。结果表明:轴压荷载作用下,大斗鼓曲压溃,斜翘和搭角正翘后带正心瓜栱开裂,荷载-位移曲线具有明显的密实段、弹性段、塑性段和强化段,刚度退化严重,残余变形较大;水平荷载作用下,大斗压溃劈裂,馒头榫挤压剪断,平板枋嵌压,搭角挑檐枋拔榫,斗栱滞回曲线和骨架曲线正负向不对称,刚度和承载力退化严重,而耗能和变形能力较高。分别建立了斗栱在轴压荷载与水平荷载作用下的数值模型,在模型合理性验证的基础上,分析了木材材性和摩擦系数对斗栱轴压与抗震性能的影响。参数分析表明:随顺纹抗压强度和摩擦系数的增加,斗栱的初始刚度基本不变,而承载力显著增大;横纹径向弹性模量对斗栱的初始刚度与承载力影响均不明显。 To study the axial compressive and seismic behavior of the Dou-Gong bracket at the corner,two models of the full-scaled Dou-Gong brackets at the corner were tested under axial compression and quasi-static horizontal load,respectively.The failure mode,load-displacement curve,hysteresis and skeleton curve,stiffness and bearing capacity degradation,energy dissipation capacity and displacement ductility ratio of the Dou-Gong brackets at the corner were obtained.The results show that under the action of axial load,the Da-Dou is crushed,the Xie-Qiao and Zhengxingua-Gong with Dajiaozheng-Qiao are cracked.The load-displacement curve has obvious compaction,elastic,plastic and strengthening sections with significant stiffness degradation and large residual deformation.Under the action of horizontal load,the Da-Dou is crushed and split,the Mantou-tenon is squeezed and sheared,the Pingban-Fang is embedded,and the dowels of the Tiaoyan-Fang are pulled out.The hysteresis and skeleton curves of the Dou-Gong bracket in the positive and negative directions are asymmetric.The stiffness and bearing capacity degrade seriously,while the energy dissipation and deformation capacity are higher.The numerical model under the action of axial load and horizontal load was established,respectively.The effects of wood properties and friction coefficients on the axial compressive and seismic behavior of the Dou-Gong bracket were analyzed based on the verified model.The parametric analysis shows that with the increase of the compressive strength along the grain and friction coefficients,the initial stiffness of the Dou-Gong bracket remains unchanged,while the bearing capacity increases significantly.The radial elastic modulus of the transverse grain has little influence on the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of the Dou-Gong bracket.
