ZnS:Cu^(2+)应力发光薄膜力学性能研究及应用

摘要 采用ZnS:Cu^(2+)应力发光粉末与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)混合制备ZnS:Cu^(2+)-PDMS应力发光薄膜。利用数字图像相关(DIC)方法对ZnS:Cu^(2+)-PDMS应力发光薄膜进行轴向拉伸测试,获得其全场变形、应变分布信息,证实其具有良好的柔弹性形变性能。将ZnS:Cu^(2+)-PDMS应力发光薄膜应用于混凝土断裂监测中。监测结果表明:ZnS:Cu^(2+)-PDMS应力发光薄膜在混凝土裂缝扩展过程中发光效果明显,可以较好地实现混凝土断裂过程的可视化监测。 ZnS:Cu^(2+)−PDMS stress luminescent thin films were prepared by mixing ZnS:Cu^(2+)stress luminescent powder with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).The axial tensile testing was conducted on ZnS:Cu^(2+)−PDMS stress luminescent thin films by digital image correlation(DIC)method,and the information of deformation and strain distribution in the whole field was obtained,which proved that it had good soft elastic deformation performance.ZnS:Cu^(2+)−PDMS stress luminescent thin film was applied to concrete fracture monitoring.The monitoring results show that ZnS:Cu^(2+)−PDMS stress luminescent thin film has obvious luminescent effect in the process of concrete crack propagation,which can better realize the visual monitoring of concrete fracture process.
