摘要
本文参考企业已有研究,给出水力发电设备制造过程质量风险因素严重程度S、发生概率O、可检测度D的评估准则表与风险等级划分表。基于此请专家依次完成质量风险因素S、O、D评分操作,并充分考虑了质量风险因素不确定性与模糊性的特征与优点,实现定性和定量评估之间的转化,利用区间方式的评估效果,让评价结果的科学性得到大幅提升。最后以实例验证了所提方法的精确性和有效性。
Referring to the existing research of enterprises,the evaluation criteria table and the risk classification table of the severity S,occurrence probability O,and detectability D of quality risk factors in the manufacturing process of hydropower equipment are given.Based on this,experts are invited to complete the scoring operation of quality risk factors S,O and D in turn.By fully considering the characteristics and advantages of uncertainty and ambiguity of quality risk factors,the transformation between qualitative and quantitative assessment have been realized.By the evaluation effect of using interval method,the scientific nature of the evaluation results has been greatly improved.By using the interval method to evaluate the effect,the scientific nature of the evaluation results has been greatly improved.
