摘要
羽毛球具有健身性与娱乐性强、危险性较低等特征,深受大学生喜爱,也是当前中国高校体育课程中的一个重要项目。然而由于高校对体育课程的重视程度不高,很多高校只是将羽毛球设置为一项选修课,当前中国高校羽毛球教学的开展深度仍然不足,没有很好地体现羽毛球项目在促进学生全面发展方面的应有价值。在教学实际中存在诸多问题,主要表现在教学目标过于笼统、教学方法不够灵活、教学环境不佳、教师综合水平不高等方面,导致教学实效性有待提升。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析当前高校羽毛球教学基本现状,深度剖析其中存在的具体问题,并提出一些提升实效性的具体策略,以期对高校羽毛球教学有所助益。
Badminton has the characteristics of strong fitness,entertainment and low risk,and is deeply loved by college students.It is also an important item in the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities in China.However,due to the lack of attention to physical education courses in colleges and universities,many colleges and universities only set badminton as an elective course.At present,the depth of badminton teaching in colleges and universities in China is stillinsufficient,which does not reflect the value of badminton in promoting students'all-round development.There are also many problems in teaching practice,mainly manifested in the teaching objectives are too general,teaching methodsare not flexible enough,the teaching environment is not good,andthecomprehensive level of teachersis not high,which leadsto the effectiveness of teaching to be improved.Therefore,by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current basic situation of badminton teaching in colleges and universities,deeply analyzes the specific problems existing in it,and puts forward some specific strategies to improve the effectiveness,so as to benefit badminton education in colleges and universities.
