摘要
研究目的:该文通过研究跑步运动对大学生睡眠质量的影响,为运动提高大学生的睡眠质量提供研究依据。研究方法:该文采用问卷调查法,以大一学生作为调查对象,进行包括《匹兹堡睡眠质量量表》等量表的问卷调查;采用实验法,对45名受试者进行为期8周的中等强度跑步训练,训练结束后对其进行后测。采用数理统计法,运用SPSS22.0软件,结合方差分析比较量表得分,从而得出相关结论。研究结果:(1)经过8周中等强度的跑步训练后,受试者的心理量表得分均发生了显著差异(P<0.05);(2)经过8周中等强度的跑步训练,受试者的睡眠量表得分发生了非常显著差异(P<0.01)。研究结论:8周中等强度跑步运动可以提高大学生的焦虑、抑郁情况,进而促进了大学生睡眠质量的提高。
The purpose of this paperis to study the effect of running on the sleep quality of college students,so as to provide research basis for the improvement of sleep quality of college students by exercise.Research methods:This paperadopts the questionnaire survey method,taking the freshman students as the survey respondents,including the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and other questionnaires;The experiment method was used to conduct moderate intensity running training for a period of8 weeks for 45 subjects,and post-test was conducted after the training.By using mathematical statistics,SPSS22.0 software and analysis of variance to compare the scores of the scale,relevant conclusions are drawn.Findings:After 8 weeks of moderate intensity running training,there were significant differences in the psychological scale scores of the subjects(P<0.05).②After 8 weeks of moderate intensity running training,there were highly significant differences in the sleep scale scores of the subjects(P<0.01).Research conclusion:8-week moderate intensity running exercise can improve the anxiety and depression of college students,which in turn promotes the improvement of college students'sleep quality.
