摘要
目的探讨小儿热速清颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2022年4月于平邑县人民医院儿科就诊的66例急性上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组33例。对照组采用常规抗病毒治疗,观察组采用常规抗病毒联合小儿热速清颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的69.70%(P<0.05);观察组流涕停止时间、退热起效时间、完全退热时间、咽喉肿痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿热速清颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的效果显著,可缓解症状,且不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiao’er Resuqing Granules in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 66 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in the Department of Pediatrics,People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy combined with Xiao’er Resuqing Granules.The overall treatment effective rate,symptom relief time and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The overall treatment effective rate in the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 69.70%in the control group(P<0.05).The stopping time of runny nose,the onset time of antipyretic effect,the complete antipyretic time and disappearance time of sore throat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Resuqing Granules treating children with acute upper respiratory tract infection has significant effect,which can relieve symptoms and has few adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
