摘要
目的探讨固定义齿联合活动义齿修复在女性低位咬合重建治疗中的效果。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月于临沂市兰山区人民医院接受低位咬合重建治疗的96例女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为参照组与观察组,每组各48例。参照组予以活动义齿修复,观察组予以固定义齿联合活动义齿修复。比较两组咀嚼率、咬合功能及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组咀嚼率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咬合功能均优于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论固定义齿联合活动义齿修复在女性低位咬合重建治疗中的效果确切,可提高患者的咀嚼率及咬合功能,减少并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration in the treatment of infraocclusion reconstruction in women.Methods A total of 96 female patients who received infraocclusion reconstruction therapy in Lanshan District People’s Hospital of Linyi City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was given fixed denture restoration,and the observation group was given fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration.The mastication rate,occlusal function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mastication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occlusal function of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fixed denture combined with movable denture restoration in the treatment of infraocclusion reconstruction in women is accurate,which can improve the mastication rate and occlusal function of patients,reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
