炭质板岩软弱围岩隧道挤压变形规律及处理措施分析

摘要 炭质板岩软弱围岩隧道施工中存在严重的挤压变形风险,最大位移达62.5cm,呈现潜在坍塌威胁。最大变形速率为34.18mm/d,需80-130d完成90%的变形。以地质调查,室内试验和现场监测为依据,在正确认识隧道变形原因的基础上,提出了变形段加固方案,具体包括:拱腰至拱脚进行超前注浆导管预加固+药卷锚杆和锁脚注浆导管加固。对隧道治理方案进行综合评估,方案取得了较好的治理效果,为类似隧道提供工程指导和借鉴。 There is a serious risk of compression deformation during the construction of tunnels in weak surrounding rocks of carbonaceous slate,with a maximum displacement of 62.5 centimeters and a potential threat of collapse.The maximum deformation rates are 34.18mm/d,and it takes 80-130 days to complete 90%of the deformation.Based on geological investigation,indoor testing,and on-site monitoring,and with a correct understanding of the causes of tunnel deformation,a reinforcement plan for the deformation section is proposed,which includes:pre reinforcement of advance grouting pipes from the arch waist to the arch foot+reinforcement of drug roll anchor rods and locking foot grouting pipes.A comprehensive evaluation of the tunnel treatment plan was conducted,and the plan achieved good treatment results,providing engineering guidance and reference for similar tunnels.
