摘要
本文从核化工项目静态投资的划分入手,研究了项目前期工作阶段静态投资的估算方法。建安工程费及其中的土建工程费是核化工项目静态投资的重要组成部分,也是投资估算的难点。本研究重点探讨了建安工程费的估算方法,特别着重阐述了不同工程组成部分的土建工程费用估算方法。本研究为今后核化工项目前期工作阶段的费用估算,特别是建安工程费及其中土建工程费的估算提供了理论参考。
This paper investigates the approach to estimating static investment during the initial operational phase of a nuclear chemical project,starting from the allocation of divisional investments.The construction&installation cost and the civil engineering cost are important parts of static investment of nuclear chemical engineering projects,and also the difficulty of the investment estimation.This study focuses on the estimation methods of construction&installation cost,especially the estimation methods of civil engineering cost for different parts of the project.This study provides a theoretical reference for the cost estimation in the early stages of nuclear chemical engineering projects,in particular the cost of construction&installation and the cost estimation of civil engineering.
