汽车外覆盖件冲压过程中空腔气压对零件成形质量的影响

摘要 介绍利用伯努利原理对冲压过程中空腔气压的变化建立数学模型,验算了冲压过程排气是否充足,解决了汽车外覆盖件冲压质量问题中无法排除气压因素的难题。 The Bernoulli principle was used to establish a mathematical model for the pressure change of the cavity during the stamping process,which successfully verified whether the exhaust gas was sufficient during the stamping process and solved the problem that the pressure factor couldn't be excluded in the stamping quality problem of the automobile outer covering.
