摘要
目的 探讨子午流注穴位刺激治疗早期妊娠稽留流产的临床疗效。方法 将80例早期妊娠稽留流产患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例,对照组采用早期妊娠稽留流产常规治疗,研究组基于对照组加用子午流注穴位刺激。比较两组妊娠囊排出时间,阴道出血量,阴道出血持续时间,妊娠囊排出后第7天、第14天子宫腔妊娠组织残留,完全流产率。结果 研究组妊娠囊排出时间及阴道出血持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。妊娠囊排出后第7天、第14天,研究组子宫腔妊娠组织残留病例数及残留大小均小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组完全流产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期妊娠稽留流产药物治疗过程中同时给予子午流注穴位刺激可以促进妊娠囊排出,减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血持续时间,减少不全流产及清宫次数,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on the patient of missed early miscarriage.Methods Eighty cases of missed early miscarriage patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment of missed early miscarriage,and the study group was added the low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on the control group.The time of gestational sac discharge,the amount of vaginal bleeding,the duration of vaginal bleeding,the remaining gestational tissue on the 7th and 14th day after gestational sac discharge,and the rate of complete abortion were compared between the two groups.Results The gestational sac discharge time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the amount of vaginal bleeding and the duration of vaginal bleeding were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th and 14th day after pregnancy sac discharge,the number and size of residual pregnancy tissue in the uterine cavity of the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the complete abortion rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of drug treatment for missed early miscarriage,low frequency treatment of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture can promote the discharge of pregnancy sac,reduce the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding,reduce incomplete abortion,reduce the number of uterine clearing,and protect female fertility,which has certain clinical application value.
