摘要
生物资本主义是资本主义在生物时代的最新统治样态,是资本主义的延续、演变和子集,其从客观上推动了社会生产力的高速发展从而实现了人类文明的“飞跃”,但同时,它引起社会关系的消极变革进而表现出对人类文明的“僭越”。“飞跃”与“僭越”的矛盾运动内嵌着“科学技术逻辑”与“资本逻辑”间的背反性,外显为生物资本主义诸多现代性矛盾的生发性特质。立足经济全球化背景,应对生物资本主义扩张和渗透的基本策略是在马克思主义世界观和方法论的指导下推动构建中国特色社会主义生物科技发展模式。在这一过程中,要持续深化对生物资本主义本质、规律及发展趋势的认识和把握,进而在波谲云诡的世界政治经济格局中不断探索形成科学有效的社会主义行动方案。
Biocapitalism is the latest ruling form of capitalism in the biological era,which is the continuation,evolution,and subset of capitalism.It objectively promotes the rapid development of social productivity and realizes the"leap"of human civilization,but at the same time,it causes negative changes in social relations and shows a"arrogance"towards human civilization.The contradictory movement of"leap"and"arrogance"embodies the contradiction between"scientific and technological logic"and"capital logic"which is manifested as the generative characteristic of many modern contradictions in biological capitalism.Based on the background of economic globalization,the basic strategy to address the expansion and infiltration of biocapitalism is to promote the construction of a socialist biotechnology development model with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of Marxist worldview and methodology.In this process,it is necessary to continuously deepen the understanding and grasp of the essence,laws,and development trends of biological capitalism,and then continuously explore and form a scientific and effective socialist action plan in the ever-changing world political and economic landscape.
