摘要
为了准确估计汽油机机油温度,开发了机油温度估算算法和参数匹配方法。通过对不同工况下的机油温度进行估算,在不同环境下对机油温度参数进行仿真匹配和实车验证。仿真研究表明,机油温度估算算法能够满足发动机在不同工况下的机油模型温度计算,经过参数匹配和实车验证,机油模型能够准确估计实际机油温度,从而有效保护发动机。
To solve the problem of accurate estimation of gasoline engine oil temperature,an oil temperature estimation strategy and parameter matching method are designed.Through the estimation of oil temperature under different working conditions,the simulation matching and real vehicle verification of oil temperature parameters were carried out under different environments.The simulation results show that the oil temperature estimation strategy can meet the calculation of engine oil model temperature under different working conditions.After parameter matching and real vehicle verification,the oil model temperature can accurately reflect the actual oil temperature and effectively protect the engine.
