CeO_(2)/Cr_(3)C_(2)对WC-Co-Ni基硬质合金电化学腐蚀行为的影响 被引量:1

Effect of CeO_(2)/Cr_(3)C_(2) on the Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of WC-Co-Ni-based Cemented Carbide

摘要 为了探讨WC-Co-Ni基合金腐蚀性能提升路径,采用相同基础原材料,制备WC-6Co-6Ni、WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0Cr_(3)C_(2)、WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2)和WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2)等4种合金。分别在NaOH(pH=13)、Na_(2)SO_(4)(pH=7)和H_(2)SO_(4)(pH=1)等3种腐蚀介质中对4种合金进行电化学阻抗谱和动电位极化曲线测试。结果表明,腐蚀介质对合金耐腐蚀性能及其腐蚀机理具有重大影响,合金添加剂Cr_(3)C_(2)和Ni能够提升WC-Co-Ni基硬质合金在Na_(2)SO_(4)中性介质中的耐腐蚀性能,而在WC-6Co-6Ni合金中添加1.0%Cr_(3)C_(2)会降低合金在NaOH介质中耐腐蚀性能;WC晶粒相对细小的WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2)合金在NaOH介质中的耐腐蚀性优于WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2)合金,粘结相对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响被CeO_(2)添加剂显著弱化。在强腐蚀性H_(2)SO_(4)介质中,WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2)和WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2)合金均表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能,合金耐腐蚀性能不受黏结金属影响。 For the target of exploring the comprehensive performance improvement path of WC-Co-Ni-based cemented carbides,WC-6Co-6Ni,WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0Cr_(3)C_(2),WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2) and WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2) alloys were prepared with the same basic raw powder materials.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopies and potentiodynamic polarization curves of the alloys were tested in NaOH(pH=13),Na_(2)SO_(4)(pH=7)and H_(2)SO_(4)(pH=1)solutions,respectively.The results show that the corrosion solution has a strong influence on the corrosion resistance and the corrosion mechanism of the alloy.Only in the neutral solution of Na_(2)SO_(4),the Cr_(3)C_(2) additive and Ni substantially improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.The addition of 1.0%Cr_(3)C_(2) to WC-6Co-6Ni decreases the corrosion resistance of the alloy in NaOH solution.The corrosion resistance of alloy WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2) with relatively small WC grains is better than that of alloy WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2) in NaOH solution.The effect of the binder phase on the corrosion resistance of the alloy is significantly weakened by the CeO_(2) additive.The alloys WC-6Co-6Ni-1.0CeO_(2)and WC-12Co-1.0CeO_(2) with 1.0%CeO_(2)in the highly corrosive H_(2)SO_(4) solution exhibit excellent corrosion resistance.As a result,the corrosion resistance of the alloys is not affected by the binder phase.
