摘要
地基基础工程施工质量对房屋建筑后续应用会产生直接影响,为了提高地基基础工程施工技术的应用水平,有效提升房屋建筑工程质量,论文从使用安全性和项目经济效益两方面分析了房屋建筑地基基础工程施工的重要性,从基坑支护、土方开挖、固结排水等方面详细研究房屋建筑地基基础工程施工的技术要点。
The construction quality of foundation engineering have a direct impact on the subsequent application of building construction.In order to improve the application level of foundation engineering construction technology and effectively improve the quality of building construction,this paper analyzes the importance of building foundation engineering construction from two aspects of use safety and project economic benefits,and studies the technical points of building foundation engineering construction in detail from the aspects of foundation pit support,earthwork excavation,consolidation and drainage.
