常州次级河流污染应急处理方式探讨——以安定河河道为例

摘要 孟河镇安定河是一条典型的黑臭水体,文章研究了该河道的水质情况,17个考核断面水质均不满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准,主要污染因子为氨氮、总磷、总氮,超标率分别为100%、88%、100%。根据河道治理及排水需求,对河道进行应急处理,在河道两端及污染物汇入量较大处建设应急处理装置,处理工艺为反硝化(生物膜法)+活性污泥法+MBR(膜生物反应器)膜,出水直排河道;在河道沿线污水排入口设置截污井;河道污染严重区域设置河道曝气系统。结果表明,工程效果较好,化学需氧量(COD)去除率达90%以上,氨氮去除率达98%以上,河道水质由劣Ⅴ类提升到Ⅴ类、Ⅳ类。 The Anding River in Menghe Town is a typical black and odorous water body.The water quality of the river is studied in this paper,and the water quality of 17assessment sections does not meet the Class Ⅳ standard of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).The main pollution factors are ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen with exceeding rates of 100%,88%,and 100% respectively.According to the needs of river regulation and drainage,emergency treatment is carried out on the river.Emergency treatment devices are built at both ends of the river and at places with large amounts of pollutants.The treatment process includes denitrification(biofilm method) + activated sludge method + MBR(Membrane Bio-Reactor) membrane,and the effluent is discharged directly into the river channel;sewage interception wells are set up at the sewage discharge inlet along the river;the river aeration system is set up in the seriously polluted area of the river.The results show that the engineering effect is good,the removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) is more than 90%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is more than 98%,and the water quality of the river is improved from Class inferior V to Class V and Ⅳ.
