摘要
本文主要讨论了积极心理学在药学服务中的应用,旨在为药学服务提供一个新的思路和视角。阐述了药学服务的含义、类型和内容以及面临的挑战;重点探讨了积极心理学在药学服务中应用依据、应用价值以及应用路径。应用积极心理学的理念和方法,可以有效地提高药师的幸福感和职业素养,提高药学服务的质量和效果,改善医患关系,节约医疗资源,提高患者的治疗满意度和生活质量。
This article mainly discusses the application of positive psychology in pharmaceutical services,aiming to provide a new idea and perspective for pharmaceutical services.The meaning,type and content of pharmaceutical services as well as the challenges faced are explained;the application basis,application value and application path of positive psychology in pharmaceutical services are mainly discussed.Applying the concepts and methods of positive psychology can effectively improve pharmacists'happiness and professionalism,improve the quality and effectiveness of pharmaceutical services,improve doctor-patient relationships,save medical resources,and improve patients'treatment satisfaction and quality of life.
