摘要
目的:解毒生新汤联合脐环穴针刺治疗带状疱疹疗效及对患者血清神经递质、炎性介质及免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法:将80例带状疱疹患者随机均分为对照组(予阿昔洛韦片)和观察组(予阿昔洛韦片+解毒生新汤联合脐环穴针刺),两组均连续治疗4周。检测两组血清神经递质、炎性因子和免疫球蛋白水平,记录疱疹症状改善时间和后遗神经痛发生情况,并统计治疗总有效率。结果:两组治疗后血清神经递质[P物质(SP)和神经激肽-1(NK-1)]、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和白介素-2(IL-2)]和免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]水平较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),且观察组各项数值明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间较对照组更短,治疗总有效率更高,且后遗神经痛发生率更低(均P<0.05)。结论:解毒生新汤联合脐环穴针刺可有效调节带状疱疹患者的血清神经递质分泌,减轻机体炎性进程,增强机体免疫应答,促进病损皮肤结痂愈合,减少后遗神经痛的发生,优化治疗结局。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiedu Shengxin decoction combined with umbilical ring acupuncture on herpes zoster and its influence on serum neurotransmitters,inflammatory mediators and immunoglobulin levels.Methods:80 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into control group(acyclovir tablets) and observation group(acyclovir tablets + Jiedu Shengxin decoction combined with umbilical ring acupuncture),and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The serum neurotransmitters,inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin levels of the two groups were detected,the improvement time of herpes symptoms and the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia were recorded,and the total effective rate of treatment was statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the serum neurotransmitters [P-substance(SP) and neurokinin-1(NK-1)],serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and interleukin-2(IL-2)] and immunoglobulin [immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG) and immunoglobulin M(IgM)] levels of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the values of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher,and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was lower(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Shengxin decoction combined with umbilical ring acupuncture can effectively regulate the serum neurotransmitter secretion of patients with herpes zoster,reduce the inflammatory process of the body,enhance the immune response of the body,promote the healing of scabs on the skin,reduce the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia,and optimize the treatment outcome.
