摘要
为进一步优化城市水环境治理方案,利用模型模拟的方法研究评估分析区域黑臭水体整治策略与实施方案的效果。基于研究区域内监测与河网等基础数据,采用水文、水动力及水质模型模拟区域内的水文过程、水力调度及污染物迁移转化等过程,研究不同环境整治方案的水质改善评估方法与技术。结果表明,采用控源截污方案对污染削减有更显著的效果,在进一步结合水闸调度、内外江泵站活水等工程措施,整体水环境质量能达到预期的控制目标。通过水力水质模型模拟分析,掌握不同工程方案下研究区域的水质改善效果,可为工程治理提供定量的评价数据和科学依据。
In order to further optimize urban water environment management strategies,mathemathical model was used to assess and analyze the effectiveness of strategies and implementation plans for addressing the issues of odorous and polluted water bodies in the region.Based on monitoring data,river network information,and other fundamental data within the study area,hydrological,hydraulic,and water quality models are utilized to simulate processes including hydrological dynamics,hydraulic of river networks,and pollutant transport and transformation.Different environmental improvement solutions were investigated.The results demonstrate that proposed implementing pollutants source control and interception measures yields more significant pollution reduction effects.When combined with engineering measures like canal regulation,pumping system,the overall water environment quality can meet the designated control objectives.The case study shows that hydrological,hydraulic and water quality model are able to provide insights into water quality enhancement effects under different engineering scenarios in the study area,offering quantitative evaluation data for engineering decision making support.
